Troubleshooting :

• One or more black lines appear in print :

Open the front cover
Open the rear cover
Clean the scanner (analysis) in front of the white roller with a soft cloth and alcohol . After cleaning, close the front cover and make a copy to check that the lines have disappeared.

• message "check paper" on the screen:

Open front and back covers. Remove the paper

Collapse covers

• Message "vacuum gauge" on the screen: Forget

replacement gauge at the ribbon change.
Open the front cover: the pull toward you until it stays open.
Locate the location of the gauge.
push down the rod holder to open.
Remove the card holder.
Remove new gauge card (pre-cut) of the tape and insert it into the holder. Ensure that the smart card is up and the cut corner top left. Close
gauge support by turning. Once in place, push up to lock. Close the lid and replace the handset. The map indicates
gauge on the screen after each print, the percentage of remaining tape.
If the gauge is not or improperly installed, the screen displays "gauge missing"
