1st Day Of Retirement

tangy smoothie PKR

PKR: Apple Kiwi Rhubarb

A good breakfast smoothie sour flavors.

When I made this smoothie in winter (and yes a lot of delay in the release notes ...), rhubarb had not yet arrived on the shelves of our markets, so I used a yogurt rhubarb .
Yogurt is already sweet, I have no added sugar.

For 2 persons:
- 1pomme
- 2 kiwis
- 1 yogurt rhubarb

Peel the apple and kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.
Put the pieces of fruit and yogurt in a blender and blend.
Ready!

A simple way to use up broccoli

If, like me, you do not throw the foot of the broccoli, please recycle it into a puree or soup combined with other vegetables.

This time, I cooked with parsnips.
The combination of these two vegetables were rather successful.
puree that I present today is very basic, of course you can add to your liking a bit of cream cheese, paprika etc ...

parsnip puree of broccoli foot

Ingredients :
-
2 parsnips - 1 foot
broccoli - salt and pepper

Peel and chop the parsnips and broccoli foot.

Cook vegetables in a pan of salted water.
When the vegetables are tender (about 20-30 minutes), mix in a blender with a little cooking water. Add
again a little cooking water according to the desired consistency.
Pepper and it's ready!

Corbin Fisher Andy Honda

I'm still here!

First of all, thank you for your kind messages during my long absence .
It is really pleased to know that you have continued to visit this blog a little abandoned lately.
And yet it was not for lack of revenue and bentos but rather to present you a big lack of time kept me away from the blogosphere.
As I said earlier this year we bought an apartment that requires major work and we spend all our weekends.
I just need to find a way to organize myself differently to continue to publish on this blog (maybe during my lunch break).
In addition, I also show you work progress and plans for my new kitchen.
I promise I'll be back very soon with a lot of bentos and recipes.
