• message "Memory Full" or "Printer Busy" disconnect the printer, press " stop / exit a few seconds, reconnect the printer and wait.

• error message "Open the door please" verify that there is no piece of paper or other object such as a staple or paper clip inside the machine .

• message "Waiting dialing"

1. Check the fax number entered is correct and try again.
   
2. Check that the telephone line is connected to the jack on the FAX / MFC (marked ONLINE ) directly in the decision WALL .
   
3. Verify that the device has a dial tone.
   
4. If fax reception is busy, it will automatically redial the number within 5 minutes.

• Error Message "comm." This message means that the aircraft encountered a communication problem when sending or receiving a FAX. This is usually due either to interference on the line or the connection of the telephone line or other device on the line. Attempt to resend the documents. If the message still appears, it is possible that there a problem in how the fax is connected or that the telephone line is faulty.
