Troubleshooting:

• How to delete memory device:

1. Press Menu in the control panel until "Maintenance" appears on the top line of the display.

2. Press the scroll button (or ▶ ◀ ) Until "Clear. Memory "appears on the bottom line and press Enter (entry). The first available menu item "Clear tt mem. "Appears on the bottom line.

3. Press the scroll button (or ◀ ▶) to the item to delete.

• Clear tt mem.
Clears all data stored in memory and resets all settings to factory default.

• Reg. Support
Recalls factory default values for all options paper settings.

• Config Copy
Recalls the factory default values for all configuration options to copy.

• Fax Setup
Recalls the factory default values for all configuration options for faxing.

• Function Fax
Cancels all scheduled fax jobs in memory of the machine.

• Fax advanced
Recalls the factory default values for all options of advanced fax settings.

• Sound / Volume
Recalls the factory default values for parameters sound and volume.

• Machine Config
Resets to the factory default all system parameters, such as the identifier of the machine, the date and time, language and displayed recording modes.

• Journ. Posts
Clears all records of sent faxes.

• Journ. Reception.
Clears all records on incoming faxes.

• Directory
Clears dials one-touch speed dial and group dialing stored in memory.

4. Press Enter (input). The selected memory is cleared and the display prompts you to continue to clear the next item.

5. To clean another item, press Enter (input) and repeat steps 3 and 4.

• Send a fax by pressing a single button:

1. Press any key to dialing a single button and hold for about 2 seconds. The screen prompts for the fax number. "T" means that you designate a key for a one-touch dialing.

If a number is already stored in the location of your choice, the screen shows the number for you can change it.

To repeat, press Stop / Clear (stop / delete).

2. Enter using the numeric keypad the number you want to store and press Enter (entry). To insert a pause between numbers, press Redial / Pause. A dash "-" appears on the screen.

3. To assign a name to the number, enter the name of your choice. If you do not want to assign a name, skip this step.

4. Press Enter (entry) when the name appears correctly or without entering a name.

5. To store more numbers, press a button dialing to a single button and repeat steps 2-4.

To return to standby mode, press Stop / Clear (stop / delete).

Sending a fax using one touch dialing:

1. Load (s) document (s) face down in the magazine.

2. Adjust the document resolution appropriate for your fax.

3. Press the Dial key to a button where you have stored a number. The document is scanned into memory.

4. The machine dials fax stored in the location of composition at a single button and the document is sent when the remote machine is responding.
