This time, I realized with a goat's hoary.
And it was even better, thanks to this little taste ... butternut (!)
Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Spread

Bake for 10 minutes to pre-cook the dough white.
Wash and cut zucchini into rounds (or open the bag of frozen zucchini) and steaming.
Place in a colander to drain well.
Cut the goat cheese into rounds.
In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Arrange zucchini in the cake tin.
Pour quiche on zucchini.
Arrange slices of goat cheese on it.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Serve with green salad.
