It's been a while since I had not posted a smoothie.
This was done with what I had on hand.
a pineapple and a grapefruit that was time consuming.
To give a little more flavor, I used a yogurt mango.
And for the exotic, and memories of beautiful moments spent there, the sugar Mauritius .
The result was very good and very sweet (my grapefruit was not very bitter).
Ingredients for 2 glasses of smoothie:
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 yogurt with fresh mango
- 1 tablespoon of the sugar cane Mauritius
Cut pineapple into chunks.
Squeeze the grapefruit pulp and recover.
In the bowl of a blender, place the pineapple juice and pulp of grapefruit, yogurt and sugar.
Mix and serve in glasses.
