What's simpler than a good mashed vegetables?
is super easy to do, it's perfect with a good roast and above all it allows to appreciate the full flavor of vegetables, while remaining relatively light (just depends on what you add).

And then the pumpkin, I love it!

In general, although qu'équipée a robot and a potato masher, crush I prefer my vegetables with a fork. This allows users to find small pieces of vegetables in the center of the puree, and we love the difference in textures.

ingredients for 3 / 4 persons:
- 1 pumpkin
- 20cl
semi-skimmed milk - salt and pepper Cut the pumpkin

into quarters.
Empty the seeds and peel peeler. Cut the pumpkin
into large cubes.

Cook pumpkin steamed until pieces are tender.

Crush the squash with a fork and place in a saucepan.
Add milk, salt and pepper and heat a few minutes over low heat.

Serve with a roast meat.
