Troubleshooting:

• PAPER JAM: The paper from the paper tray is jammed in the machine.
• HOOD OPEN: The front cover is not completely closed. Open and close the front cover.
• WITHDRAWN: The other party or cut the communication device. Try to retransmit the fax or call the party to revive the operation.
• ERR. CONNECTION: You tried to retrieve a document from a fax machine was not programmed standby feeder. Check the configuration is waiting for your match.
• ERR. XX MACHINE: The machine has a mechanical problem requiring the intervention of a technician.
• ERROR COMM.: A poor quality phone line caused a communication error. Retry the call.
• CHANGE DRUM: The life of the drum is nearing completion. Replace the drum unit with a new one.
• REPLACE THE DRUM COUNTER 0:
• 1. Open the front cover and press "Delete".
• 2. Press 1 to reset.
• MEMORY: The memory capacity of the device is saturated. For more memory, disable the "Remember Fax" or print the fax messages found in memory or increase the memory capacity of the unit.
• OPEN HOOD PLEASE: There may be a leaf, a piece of paper, staples, etc.. is stuck (e) inside the unit. Open the front cover and remove the drum. If there is paper or other item stuck, gently remove and reinstall the drum and close the front cover.
• CHILL: The temperature of the drum or the toner is too high. The device will suspend the current print job to switch to cooling mode. Wait and let the camera continue printing once its temperature has fallen.
