After quiche yesterday, today I propose a new use for leftover raclette. The association
pumpkin and broccoli in a dish is a nice surprise. The two go very well together.
And I like making casseroles, it's always comforting in winter.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 foot
broccoli - 1 / 2 pumpkin
- approximately 150g raclette
- 10cl semi-thick cream
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the broccoli into florets.
Peel the pumpkin and turn them into pieces about 1cm thick.
Cook broccoli and pumpkin steamed.
Place in a gratin dish broccoli florets and pieces of pumpkin.
