Bento # 20 Bites pineapple caramel sesame

When one makes an appetizer buffet is good to extend the evening on a little sweetness easy to peck on a coffee table.
I had the idea of caramelized pineapple chunks and add sesame seeds.

It's simple but very good. The flux of the pineapple with caramel and crunchy sesame go very well together.

Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 8 pieces of sugar
-
sesame seeds - wooden spikes

Expand pineapple into quarters and then into cubes.
Prick each piece of pineapple on a skewer.
In a saucepan prepare a caramel by heating the sugar with 1 tablespoon water.

When the caramel is very colorful, dip in pineapple chunks and then into sesame.
Allow the caramel and then have the bite of pineapple in a serving dish.

Verdict: it's very good but to eat quickly because moisture the pineapple has a tendency to melt the caramel. It is therefore not possible to prepare in advance too. Try also with fruit less "wet" as grapes or clementines for example.
