Troubleshooting:

• "JAM JAM RD STOP PRESS": The documents were not inserted or loaded properly, or they were too long. Insert the document again. If the document is jammed in the fax. See Document Jam
• "PAPER JAM. PLEASE OPEN COVER. REMOVE PAPER JAM" Paper is jammed in the fax. See Document Jam .
• "COVER OPEN CLOSE HOOD": The hood is not fully closed. Close the cover.
• "FAILED TO COME" You tried to retrieve a document from a fax machine programmed n'étaitpas standby feeder. Check the configuration is waiting for the other machine.
• "RECEPTION FAILED": A poor quality phone line caused a communication error. If the problem persists, call the phone company to make vérifierla online.
• "cut line": The call was interrupted by the caller or fax. Try to resend.
• "ONLINE OUPEE" The number dialed does not answer or busy signal. Check the number etretenter the call.
• INACTIVE MEMORY (Fax-T106) / FAILURE REP / INIT. IMPOSSIBLE / UNABLE TO PRINT. / UNABLE TO NUMER: The fax machine has a mechanical-OR-a foreign obstacle (trombone..) Or shredded paper can be found in the fax. Open the top cover and remove foreign barriers from within the fax. If the error message continues, disconnect the fax outlet for a few minutes then reconnect it. All faxes stored in memory will be lost. Follow the steps below before disconnecting the fax to not lose messagesimportants. Check if the memory contains the fax Fax:

• 1. Press Menu / Set, 0.0, 1.
• 2. If the fax did not fax in its memory, unplug the fax machine to the power source for several minutes then reconnect it.
• -OR-If there are faxes, transfer to another fax
• 3. Enter the fax number to which to transfer the faxes.
• 4. Press Start.
• 5. Once transferred faxes, disconnect the fax machine of the current source for a few minutes then reconnect it.

• "MEMORY / MEMORY EMPTY" Data is too large for mémoiredu fax. (Sending faxes or copy operation in progress). Press Stop / Exit and wait for other operations in progress finish and then try again-OR-Clear fax and scheduled tasks in memory. For more memory, turn off Fax Storage-OR-print faxes that are in memory.

• "CHECK PAPER / PAPER REFILL / PUSH OFF": The fax machine is out of paper or the paper is properly loaded in the tray. Add paper or remove the paper and reload. If this error appears when receiving a fax, load paper to print again. Paper is jammed in the fax. See Misfeed .
